Technis Blu is certified UNI ISO/IEC 20000-1:2012 with an Integrated Management System

Passed the audits of third party (CSQA) in July for the renewal of the certifications ISO9001:2015 and ISO27001:2013. To these now historic certifications, for the company has been added the new certification related to service management: the ISO20000-1:2012. This new certification achieved in the fields EA33 and EA35 has the scope: “The IT service management System for the provision of application solutions, application and System management, consulting and training”.

This important result projects the company into a small group of companies that can demonstrate their attention to ensure the highest level of service/product and the maximum guarantee of reliability for all interested parties. To underline that this certification applies, unique in Italy, within the application services on ERP SAP.

Technis Blu S.r.l. in order to guarantee the highest level of service/product and the maximum guarantee of reliability for all interested parties, has decided to operate in accordance with the following certification schemes for which it has defined the relevant fields of application, in the fields EA33 and EA35:

• The Information Security Management System (SGSI) complies with the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Technology – Security techniques Information Security Management Systems –requirements. Field of application:

“Software Safety Assessment Laboratory (LVS). Design, development and testing of products and/or software solutions. Consulting and assistance Systems in the field of ICT, computer security and cyber security. Provision of service desk services.”

• The Quality Management System (SGQ) complies with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems – Requirements. Scope of application:

“Design, development and testing of products and/or software solutions. Consulting and assistance Systems in the field of ICT, computer security and cyber security. Provision of service desk services.”

The Service Management System (SGS) complies with the requirements of UNI CEI ISO/IEC 20000-1:2012 Service Management (Part 1: Requirements for a service management System
Scope defined according to ISO/IEC TR 20000-3 Information technology – Service management – (Part 3: guidance on scope definition and applicability for ISO/IEC 20000-1), in:

“The IT service management System for the provision of application solutions, application and System management, consultancy and training”. Because of this strategic choice, Technis Blu has defined its own SGI (Integrated Management System) complies with all three standards mentioned above and has obtained the relevant certifications from the CSQA certification body. Technis Blu has also defined and makes public its ethical and behavioural principles through the publication of the Code of Ethics”.
